the area (travel cots, toys, bouncer chairs, clothes for sale etc) -
please ask!
We are based
in Brockenhurst in the New Forest. If you wish to hire a buggy for your
holiday here or for visiting relatives (or any other reason) please contact
me. We also can occasionally send to mainland UK if you wish to hire
or try a pushchair - maybe to save splashing out on a new one before
knowing if you are going to like it or not!
Hire rates will depend on
the pushchair/item selected and the period of hire desired
We do not keep specific
pushchairs solely for hire purposes but are able to hire pushchairs from
our 'for sale' stock and also get in pushchairs to suit when a booking
is made, if nothing suitable is available
All pushchairs are
cleaned for you before use and have raincovers. You also have the option
of hiring a sunshade or buggy liner or footmuff if wanted for extra
comfort.
A credit card or cash deposit will be
needed which will be returned to you when the pushchair is returned in
good condition. The amount due will depend on the value and condition of the pushchair
hired to you. I will need proof of address (home and vacation address if
applicable)
Any damage caused by you will be deducted from the deposit or charged to
your card. Please clean the pushchair before return. See our terms &

I prefer to personally
demonstrate how the pushchair you hire works and point out anythings
that you need to be aware of when using it. I also need to check that
the pushchair is suitable for the age range and weight of child that is
to use it in order for you to know that the child will be safe.

Important
Safety Notes
- Do not leave your child
unattended at any time in a pushchair/buggy
- The child should always
wear a safety harness when in the pushchair
- Do not hang shopping
baskets from the handle as this may cause it to tip up.
Luggage carried in the shopping basket (if present) should
not exceed 5kg
- If you have difficulties
folding the pushchair do not force it. Contact us for advice
if necessary
- It may be unsafe to use
accessories not designed for the pushchair. If you hire a
pushchair please do not use accessories not supplied by us
or which are not designed for that particular pushchair
without our prior agreement
- The child must be removed
from the pushchair when using escalators
- If anyone other than the
Hiree or purchaser of the pushchair uses the pushchair it is
your responsibility to show them how to use it correctly.
- Any instructions supplied
with the pushchair must be adhered to (eg maximum weight of
child)
- Children should be
harnessed at all times. The child should be kept clear of
all moving parts.
- A child's safety is your
responsibility
