If you wish
to view locally or collect please order as normal or contact
me. Our pushchairs are usually kept at Sway so 24 hours
notice is needed.
1. Select
your buggy and add to basket

postage option and add to basket
3. Payment
can be made by credit or debit card via UKpostal order, UK cheque, Cash on
collection or debit card. For most pushchairs we can also take
paypal and Nochex but ask that you use this method as a last
resort due to fees incurred. Privately bought items which are
'expensive' are not payable via paypal due to the hefty fees
If you pay by
paypal we will only send to the address you have registered with
paypal (you can add an additional address to your account if you
wish it to be sent elsewhere but please do this before payment
is sent)

We can hold
orders pending payment for 3 working days unless you notify us
of a delay
4. Website
orders: If you
wish to return anything please contact us within 7 days of
receipt. We will arrange a courier to collect from you on a day
to suit. Courier cost will be the same as the courier cost to
deliver and will be deducted from any refund. You may return the
item in person at no extra cost to you. All items returned must
not have been used and not have any defects not present when
sent to you.
Local orders or custom orders: If you find that the
pushchair isnt suitable for you then you may return it within a
week and will just have one week's hire cost deducted from the
refund plus a cleaning cost of £10 for larger pushchairs and
£8 for buggies and barely-used pushchairs. This only applies to pushchairs offered with a rental
price and does not apply to new pushchairs. This does not affect
your statutory rights
We security mark our buggies and their parts before
sending. If you have used the buggy for up to a week and found
it's not suitable and it's in the same condition as when sent we
will deduct the cost of one week's rental cost from the refund
plus cleaning costs as above
5. Please
save a copy of your receipt as in order to save on paper we do
not include one with your order. If you would like us to include
a copy please ask at the time of ordering. We are happy to email
a copy to you at any time if yours has been mislaid or didn't
arrive for any reason
6. If you
need to return or exchange an order please read the terms
and conditions page carefully for details.
7. If you
wish to hire a buggy from us or try before you buy please contact
us for costs if they are not listed (or if you wish to hire
a pushchair which is not listed for sale).
8. We
personally clean and service our buggies before sending and test
them at least four times with children in to ensure everything works
as it should. We provide a copy of instructions for you. These
may not be the original or may be for a similar buggy but they
will tell you how to fold and open the buggy. We usually do not have the original box
but if we do this will be noted in the description. Otherwise we
send using quality bubblewrap and a covering to ensure
pushchairs meet the size guidelines for affordable courier
rates.
